DALLAS, TEXAS WOMAN HAS SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANT SURGERY

This patient presented with hopes of restoring shape and fullness to her breasts by means of breast augmentation. Content with the size of her breasts and position of her nipples, her focus was to add volume back to the tops of her breasts. After a consultation with Dr. Schwartz, the patient elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. After trying various sizes in the OR and in keeping with the patients goal photos, Dr. Schwartz selected 400cc high profile silicone gel implants. The breast implants were placed under the muscle, with the incisions at the infra mammary crease of the breasts. Prior to surgery the patient wore a D cup in most sizes. After surgery, the patient continued to wear a DD cup. Her breast augmentation results pictured below were taken at her final follow up appointment 6 months post-breast augmentation.
