WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION REVISION AND BREAST IMPLANT REPLACEMENT

Having had a previous breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon, this patient presented with concerns of changes to appearance and positioning of her right breast implant. She commented that the breast had never fully dropped as the other breast implant had and desire to correct the appearance of the breast so that her breasts would be more symmetrical. Otherwise, she was happy with her overall shape and size of her breasts. During her consult, Dr. Schwartz recommended a breast implant exchange with capsulotomy to the right breast. A capsulectomy was performed to both breasts and the old pair of breast implants were removed. Allergan Natrelle Smooth Round Full silicone gel breast implants were placed under the muscle at the inframammary folds of the breasts. Her pictures show results at 6 months following her breast augmentation revision.
