WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION REVISION WITH NEW BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient wanted larger rounder breasts. She was unhappy with the results from a previous breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon in Dallas. She thought her breasts would be bigger and commented that goal size was never discussed. During her consultation with Dr. Schwartz, the patient reviewed goals for breast size, shape and fullness. During her surgery, Dr. Schwartz removed her old set of breast implants and scar tissue. After trying various sizes and styles of breast implants, a new pair of smooth, round silicone gel breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts. Final adjustments were made to the breast implant pockets to create the final look. Results pictured 6 months following augmentation revision procedure.
