Plastic Surgeon

Procedure details

This patient presented for information on breast augmentation revision. The patient had a breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon in Dallas several months earlier. She also noticed that her implants had drifted to the sides of her chest and that her breast implants had dropped significantly. She wanted her breasts relocated to the center of her chest with more enhanced cleavage. During her procedure, Dr. Schwartz removed her old set of breast implants. After careful testing, he selected a new set of smooth, round high profile breast implants. The new breast implants were placed under her pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Final adjustments were made to the breast implant pockets to provide support and reinforce placement. Finally, a wedge of skin was removed at the inframammary folds of her breasts (inframammary breast lift). Her results are pictured 6 months following breast augmentation revision.
