DALLAS, TEXAS WOMAN HAS BREAST IMPLANT REVISION TO CORRECT BOTTOMING OUT IMPLANT*

This patient presented wanting to correct the appearance of her breasts following breast augmentation. She commented that her left breast had appeared to drop and that her breasts looked uneven. Upon evaluating her anatomy, Dr. Schwartz determined that her left breast implant had bottomed out. The patient desired to increase the size and fullness of her breasts. In the OR, Dr. Schwartz made incisions at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. The old pair of breast implants were removed and inspected. There was no evidence of breast implant rupture. Dr. Robert Schwartz made some modification to the breast implant pockets underneath the pec muscle and tested a range of sizes before making the final selection in keeping with her goals. 650cc silicone gel breast implants were selected and placed under the pec muscles. Her results pictured are 6 months following surgery.
