Plastic Surgeon

Procedure details

The patient had a previous breast augmentation by another surgeon in Dallas. Shortly after, the patient began to notice that the left breast implant was slowly moving to the lateral side of the chest. The patient also wanted her breasts to be more even with more cleavage. During her surgery, Dr. Schwartz removed her previous set of breast implants. The breast implant pockets were repaired and reinforced to prevent implant migration and to allow for better support of the new breast implants. Once pocket revision was complete, Dr. Schwartz carefully tested various types of breast implants to achieve the goals of the patient. Smooth, round, extra high profile breast implants were selected and placed under the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts. The patient healed well and resumed normal activities quickly. Results pictured 6 months following breast augmentation revision.
