SALINE TO SILICONE GEL BREAST AUGMENTATION FOR DALLAS WOMAN*

Patient had a previous set of saline breast implants by another plastic surgeon 12 years ago. Experienced a rupture of the right breast implant. In her consultation, she also commented that she was never fully satisfied with the appearance of her breasts after her original aug. Dr. Robert J. Schwartz performed a removal and replacement of the patient's breast old saline implants. The patient elected to upgrade to silicone gel breast implants. Dr. Schwartz then went on to make modifications to the breast implant pockets to balance the breasts. Results pictured 6 months after surgery.
