WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION REVISION SURGERY

This patient presented dissatisfied with her breast augmentation results from another plastic surgeon in Dallas. She commented that her breasts appeared saggy and uneven. She desired a fuller, more feminine look. During her surgery, Dr. Schwartz removed her previous set of breast implants and scar capsules. After trying various sizes and profiles of implants in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected smooth, round ultra-high profile silicone gel breast implants to give her the result that most closely matched her goal photos. The new breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts. Results pictured below are 6 months following breast augmentation revision surgery.
