WOMAN IN DALLAS HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION REVISION WITH NEW BREAST IMPLANTS*

This patient was concerned about the resulting appearance of her breasts following a breast augmentation approximately 1 year prior by another Dallas area surgeon. She was unhappy with the position of the implants and areolae, and commented that her breasts were not soft or natural-feeling. She desired a more natural look and feel, both in and out of clothing.  After evaluating her breasts, Dr. Schwartz recommended breast augmentation revision. During her surgery, Dr. Schwartz removed her old set of breast implants along with scar tissue that had formed at the area. He selected smooth round silicone gel breast implants and placed them underneath the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts. The patient healed well and resumed normal activities quickly. Results pictured below are 6 months following surgery.
