WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION REVISION REPLACEMENT

This patient presented for evaluation following a breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon in Dallas. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She also commented that her breasts had become firmer and less mobile. She desired a more natural-looking result. During her surgery, Dr. Schwartz removed her previous pair of saline breast implants and scar capsules. She was given a new set of smooth, round silicone gel breast implants. Dr. Schwartz made modifications to the breast implant pockets to reposition the implants for a more natural-looking appearance. The patient's results are pictured below 6 months following surgery.
