WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION REVISION WITH NEW BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient presented for information to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had a previous breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon and was unhappy with her outcome. During her revision surgery, Dr. Schwartz removed the old set of breast implants and released the scar capsules. A new pair of smooth round silicone gel breast implants were selected and placed underneath the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts. Modifications were made to the breast implant pockets create the final result in keeping with the patient's goals. The patient's results are pictured 6 months following surgery.
