WOMAN IN DALLAS, TEXAS HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION REVISION WITH NEW BREAST IMPLANTS*

This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts following breast augmentation by another surgeon in Dallas. In her consultation with Dr. Schwartz, the patient expressed that she would like fuller and more natural-looking breasts. During her surgery, Dr. Schwartz removed her old set of silicone gel breast implants. Scar capsules were also removed and adjustments were made to the breast implant pockets to allow for better implant placement. Dr. Schwartz selected smooth, round, high profile silicone gel breast implants in keeping with the patient's goals. Her new set of breast implants were placed underneath the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts. Results pictured are 6 months following augmentation revision.
